A Colombian centre back and a creative Spanish midfielder are today’s names linked with a possible move to Arsenal.

According to Goal.com, Udinese’s Cristián Zapata wants to leave the Italian side this summer as he confessed that Bayern Munich and Liverpool are two real possibilities as a future destination. The 24-year added that there has been no contact made by the Gunners but he was already linked with a move to the Emirates last season.

In other news, Italian website Calcio News 24 (in Italian) reports that Schalke 04’s excellent season saw a number of players being linked with a move away from the German club. One of them is 24-year old Manuel Jurado, ex Atlético Madrid, who even though is under contract until 2014 is apparently being monitored by the Gunners according to “AS”.

Unfortunately, the response was not as high as we wanted as we only registered 1,000 votes.
