Daniel Sturridge
'I remember Elano for Man City when I was there, he megged three people in a row in one game, it was outstanding.
'We were playing against Arsenal away, at the Emirates, and I'd never seen that before and haven't seen it since.
'Megging one person is good enough, two is fine but three is just outrageous isn't it? So to do that, I was just like… Wow!'
Fernando Torres
'In all the games you can see good action with team mates helping each other. Normally it is the things that no one else can see.
'But in Spain we have two young players who died with heart attacks in the last few years and players dedicate goals to them.
'When Iniesta scored in the World Cup Final, he took off his shirt and behind it was a dedication for Dani Jarque, one of the Spanish players who died from a heart attack. When you are playing one game like that, which is as important as that, if you have enough time to think "If I score I will show this t-shirt", that is a good moment.'
Paulo Ferreira
'I remember one situation with Pedro Mendes when we won the Champions League with Porto in Gelsenkirchen after we scored the third goal.
'It was almost the end and after we scored I looked at him and he was looking to the sky like he could not believe what was happening. I looked at his face and it looked like he was in a dream.'
Michael Essien
'I remember Didier, when he brought the ball down from really high with the outside of his foot and then crossed for Salomon, who scored.
'It was the game against Stoke the season before last when we won 7-0. I would have liked to have been playing in that one.'
Petr Cech
'It is the way Didier shoots the free-kicks. It looks so funny the way he does it, and David Luiz as well now. I think he is even more amazing because he can shoot the ball in a way I have never seen before.
'You think he shoots with the ankle, not the foot, and it goes so fast up and down, and it can go right or left, and you never know where it will go.'
Didier Drogba
'I would say something from Deco because of his first touch, especially when we were in a circle keeping the ball up in training - he was fantastic. And even in the dressing room before the games he could do amazing things with the ball.
Salomon Kalou
'Anything Deco ever did, he used to do crazy stuff, his skill was unbelievable. It was a dream to see him play at that level. When he was at his best it was always a joy to watch him play.'
Jeffrey Bruma
'Gael Kakuta does really crazy stuff. Some of the skills and stuff he does, I don't even know what these tricks are! I am always excited to see him do his tricks when we're playing, it's very good.'
David Luiz
And finally, their international careers for Brazil only just overlapped but that is good enough for the Chelsea defender.
'Ronaldo, all the games, anything he does. He's not my footballing idol, that's Kaka, when we talk about players I like, not just on but off the pitch, it's Kaka.
'But for me, Ronaldo is the best player I have seen playing, the things he did were amazing, I can't think of just one!'
