Porto's prolific Colombian striker Falcao has finally admitted he could be tempted to sign for either Arsenal or Tottenham.
Both North London clubs have been heavily linked with the striker who had previously intimated a desire to stay in Portugal and help coach Andre Villas-Boas build a dynasty with Porto.
Falcao shot to prominence this season after he scored 17 goals in Porto's victorious Europa League campaign to break Jurgen Klinsmann's 15-year-old record for most goals in one season of Europe's second biggest club competition.
Porto are understandably keen to hang on to the 25-year-old but will have little say in what happens should a club meet the £26million release clause in his contract.
Falcao has now also spoken of his desire to play in England which has thrown a curve ball into the club's plan to tie him down to new terms.
"It would be difficult to leave Porto this summer because the leaders of the club want to support the scheme of the team and reinforce the squad so they can compete in Champions League," Falcao was quoted on talkSPORT as saying.
"I prefer not to read the press but I know I have been linked with Real Madrid and big English clubs like Arsenal and Tottenham.
"In Europe there are big leagues and I am at a moment of my career when I would like to experience it."
Claudio Mossi, an agent from the Sivori & Asociados group that represents Falcao, has confirmed that the two English Premier League clubs have expressed a keen interest on the frontman.
