The Cesc Fabregas to Barcelona saga is now hotting up, and the Spanish giants are feeling confident that they will get their man, despite higher bids from both Chelsea and Manchester City.

According to reports in Spain, the Arsenal captain will tell Arsene Wenger that he won’t accept a move to any other club than Barcelona, thereby forcing the Gunners manager to accept the Catalans bid, no matter how much Roman Abramovich will pay to take him to Chelsea.

The local Catalunya Radio station has already reported that personal terms are agreed between Fabregas and Barca, and it is now a matter of Arsene Wenger sourcing a suitable replacement for the 23 year-old.

Roberto Mancini has announced he wants Fabregas at the Eastlands as well, and Man City have the cash to outbid anyone, but Pep Guardiola is quietly confident that next season will see Fabregas playing for the European Champions…..
